Kyle was born and raised in Santa Monica, CA and has been practicing in the area for over 15 years and teaching for 8. Her study and practice deepened when she moved to NYC at 22 and was exposed to the philosophy and teachings behind the physical practice she already loved so much. She delved into study at Jivamukti in NYC, attending their teacher training and completing their 800-hour apprenticeship program. She travelled to India to study one on one with a teacher at an Ayurvedic Retreat and Hospital. She continues to study, practice and celebrate yoga every single day, through conscious action and joyous offering!
